It's the age-old issue. Some genius creates a password to secure a printer's web interface and then forgets it after a few years of being on the job.
In this case, the printer is a Dell 5130cdn. I tried to reset defaults, but I am still unable to change anything in the web interface without putting in the unknown password. Is there any way to physically reset the printer back to factory defaults?
I'm trying to print from 5 x 8 (Y x X) cards out using an excel program and cannot get the printers to pull these cards from the MPF tray. Does anyone know the process I need to do to get this to work. I can pull legal paper fine, so I know the MPF works. I go in and set up a custom size and nothing. I had no issues printing from the HP printer I had previously.

Dell OptiPlex 960 desktop with Win 10 installed.
Installed Software from CD for Dell E525W printer when connected via USB. I was able to print when connected with USB.
I removed the USB cable, set up Wifi on the printer by entering the WiFi password correctly but control panel -> devices and printers is showing the printer as Offline.
The blue Wifi button on the printer is glowing a steady blue and the LCD panel is showing ip address so I assume the printer is connected to Wifi.
My wireless adapter is: Realtek RTL8192EU Wireless LAN 802.11n USB 2.0
The driver for it is up to date.
Any ideas on how to resolve it?
(I did have Win 8 previously installed and was able to print over Wifi to a Kodak printer so I don't think it is a hardware fault).
I recently got a new HP ink jet printer to use with my Lenovo computer and Dell monitor (older model, 1707FP). As soon as the installation software for the printer started, the monitor display went awry. What should be a white background is a gray-green. Red is gone entirely. When I press the menu button on the monitor, the display shows full colors. Otherwise, the display is messed up.
It seemed too much a coincidence not to relate this to the new software. I updated the Dell monitor driver, but that did not help. Any ideas on what to try next?
After upgrading to Windows 10, I am no longer able to print on both sides of the paper. This is not an option in the print dialog box.

Hi, My Dell Printer B2360dn has been acting up for awhile . It always gives me the error message "reinstall missing or unresponsive imaging unit 31.66" in the middle of printing a document. This is typically accompanied by a lot of hesitation and stalling and loud grinding or clicking or flapping noises inside the printer. It will often print 10 or so pages the first time I use it in a day without giving me the message, but then once it gives me the message for the first time, it will keep giving it to me every 4-6 pages or so if the printer has remained on.
If I open the door, pull on the ink cartridge to reset it, and close the door again, it will spit out one bad page that is half printed on, with powdery ink, and then give me the 4-6 more good pages before the noises, hesitation, and error message start again. So printing a hundred page document is possible but could take half an hour and constant babysitting. I do not have to remove and replace the imaging unit to get it to give me some more pages, just the ink cartridge.
Anyone know why this is happening? I've pulled out the imaging unit to look for debris, bent contacts, etc. on it, or inside the printer. Can't see anything. My ink cartridge is a knock-off, not a Dell. Could that be a problem? I don't understand why that would cause these noises, or why the noises and problems only start after a few pages.

I need some help with scanning functionality.
I've just bought a E514dw MFP and am trying to find a way to scan multiple pages and create a single PDF, rather than each page creating its own PDF.
Am I missing something or any suggestions on the most efficient way to achieve this ? I had an old inkjet printer from another brand that had no problems doing this. Really didn't think this would be an issue when I bought this.

I have a Lenovo laptop connected to a Lenovo dock with a Dell 1250c printer connected to the dock via USB. The laptop will not boot with the Dell printer connected to dock or directly connected to USB on the laptop. Any suggestions.
I have changed to boot order for the laptop to only boot to the hard drive
Firmware update on the printer.
We have a 5130CDN printer with a warning message of "010-420 Fuser". Apparently the fuser will need replacement soon.
I found a part # to order for the fuser: N856N. But while I am replacing the fuser do I need to replace any of the rollers and transfer rollers? What are the part # for the rollers and instructions on how to install them?

Does the Dell 2335dn work with Windows 10, 64 bit if so where can I get the drivers and how do I control the printer and scanning the paperport software syupplied with the printer does not work under win 10 64 bit.

Finally cleared a paper jam and now when I try to print anything I keep getting this on the printer screen:
Load MPF,024-969 A4-Plain
None of my settings were changed, and now matter what I do I can't get it to work. Trying to print my thesis! Help!!!

My c1765nfw printer is always offline when all my other wifi/ bluetooth items are working fine.
The power is on, and WIFI button light is on, but it is always showing offline. I have to manually connect a USB line to the printer in order to print.
It is a pain to not having the wifi feature available.

I have tried to download both drivers that show up on the drivers and updates page and both times it says I have the most recent driver. I tried my desktop and laptop which are both Windows 10 and neither one will recognize the scanner on my v525w printer. What else can I do?
The panel on the top of the duplexer feed tray does not latch securely. It does close, but will pop open from slight pressure on the feed tray. The panel is held in place by two plastic latches, which are not damaged or bent. The latches are supposed to hook underneath plastic tabs on each side of the frame. However, the latches barely hold. I recorded a video with my cell phone demonstrating the problem. It also shows the condition of the latches are good:

I lost my "Drivers & Utilities CD" and am now trying to install a DELL wireless adapter #WLA3310. The installation apparently REQUIRES this CD. The DELL documentation that came with the wireless adapter states that the CD "can also be downloaded from support.dell.com" however I am unable to find it. The drivers, other software and utilities are easily found but the utility to support the wireless installation is missing.
1) Where exactly is this CD located or, at least, where is the utility for wireless configuration.
2) Can the printer be configured manually to use this adapter?
Mac el capitan, dell 3110cn. worked fine in the past, restored hard drive and now cant get it to print. Downloaded software from dell (3130cn) any ideas?
I've tried everything there is to try. The printer shows it is connected to my Network. All the reports from the printer states it is connected wirelessly to network, but when I try to install on computer, device not found. I have the cd that came with my printer, but computer will not recognize it. I have posted to HP, Netgear, and it seems to be my computer is the problem. I have Netgear58 router and modem. It's a DGND3700v2 model.
If anyone can come to my rescue, I would greatly appreciate.
I installed E515dw printer on my wireless network without issue last week. I was away for the weekend and when I returned on Monday morning, I found the printer was offline (but still powered up). I managed to get it back online. How can I prevent it from going OFFLINE in the future?
