I just purchased the Inspiron 3250 because it featured Windows 7 Pro. (I much prefer Win 7 to Windows 10). I want to continue using my HP 6P which I love. After spending two lengthy sessions with Dell Support, I still can't get it to print. The printer is recognized by the OS and shows it as the Default Printer. When I select "Print" from either Word or my email program, I don't get any error messages. When I check the queue, the document is in there waiting to be printed, but it never gets sent to the printer. I have downloaded the supposedly correct printer from Microsoft's web site. HP says to us the updated driver for 64 bit machines as provided by Microsoft. What is wrong and what do I need to do, other than tossing my workhorse printer and go buy a new one?

Dell v715w printer wont print microsoft word docs after upgrading to windows 10
I just upgraded to windows 10 and my printer wont work. there is nothing wrong with the connection since it can print (in color) a "scan" copy or jpg file.
But when I print a word doc file, it comes out blank.
I did all the re-downloading of drivers, and other stuff, nothing seems to work.
Any suggestions?

Copying and Printing at 50% how do I make it full sized?
I used to have this printer hooked up to a newer computer and never had problems. I now have it hooked up to an older computer and every since I can not scan to computer and everything prints out at 50% including copies. How do I fix that or can I?

E515DW Sleep Setting
I have posted separately about this printer going offline. I am trying a new tact. I suspect that the printer goes offline (loses in connection to the network) when the printer goes to SLEEP. If I set Sleep time to 00 will that prevent the printer from going into Sleep mode?

My V25W seems to be offline often -- WHY?
I an running Windows 10, Inspiron Laptop and it seem like my V525W printer goes offline too often, for no apparent reason. I have reinstalled the dell installation package numerous times, followed the instructions on the web page and it is still happening. I am ready to throw this printer out the window. This never happened with Windows 7 --- Is there a permanent fix? Can someone please help.

Dell C3765dnf Color MFP "Network Error"
Hello community -
Installed and prints great. I can manage via the hosted webpage and have scan to email configured through O365. (Once i figured out how to turn on TLS)
The issue I'm having is that when i try to scan, it scans the document then processes and eventually after about 30 to 45 seconds fails and produces the message "network error".
As i mentioned i can print to and manage via the web. I also hooked a different device to the same Ethernet cable, switchport, etc. and it scans just fine.
Any one else run into this issue?

Dell C1765nfw print with black ink only
Dell C1765nfw is low on cyan and I am in the processes of reordering, but surely I can print with black ink only for now. I have tried through the software to set the preferences of "Output Color" = black, but it will not print. There is also a button on the printer itseld labeled B&W and Color, but it does not appear to do anything. any help is appreciated.

I can print from my MAC computer or Scan from my MAC computer. I installed the mac drivers which came with the printer and tried as per the instructions, but still no luck. Sam is the case with saving received faxes to mac computer.
It works fine with my windows desktop computer, it can scan to the windows desktop as the printer can see the computer.

Dell All in One 922 Printer for Mac
I have an older Dell printer and a new MacBook Air. My printer is the Dell All in One 922 printer from 2005 and it looks like there are no drivers for Macs on the website. I would really hate to have to get a new printer especially given that I rarely use it as is. Is there a comparable Dell printer that has a driver that might work?

Dell 2155cdn printer message of 016-317
When I was printing some files I abruptly turned off the printer because I had to stopped the all pages that were not coming out of print right. After that, I had a paper jam and I took it out. But I also have to following message of "restart printer, 016-317". I did start and it is still there and it seems that printer is not being seen by computer at all. Even without connection, just power cable, it is still showing this message. It looks like a board or a fuse problem, is there any ideas what could it be? I tried to clean spooling and so on with command windows but it did not help at all.Thanks

ColorLaser 3110cn issues since upgrade to Office 2016
I have two computers (Win7 32bit, Win10 32bit) which have been printing fine over a networked 3110cn printer for ages. I recently upgraded both computers from Office 2007 to Office 2016 and i now see issues with the Printer all over the place. Applications can't send more than one printjob to the Printer any more. If they send two printjobs in a row, the second one does not get printed, although the Printer Queue lists two Jobs.
The printjobs list in the WebUI of the Printer lists the second Job with "0" pages.
Applications cannot send more than two Jobs to the printer in a row, the Printer Queue only lists two Jobs and the application hangs.
I downloaded the latest Firmware and Drivers (Looks like they are from 2014) from the dell Website, but this did not fix the problem.
Any new Drivers or generic Drivers available for this Printer? Some more ideas what to try or how to fix this?

I switched to the HP Universal Print Driver for Windows PostScript (32-bit) for this printer and it is working fine now. The driver can be found here:

Bought printer, bit concerned??
I bought a Dell E514dw for a pretty cheap price £63 ($82) from amazon. However only after calling Dell in regards to setting it up I was informed that Dell are not making anymore printers. Being in the UK its probably going to be next to impossible to get toners + drums for this and even if I can they would be at astronomical prices.
I very happy with the printer as of now but in the next year or so I'm not too keen on it's upkeep.
I print probably 50 pages a week or less. (Highly unlikely to print more than this).
Does anyone know how long the drum will last me in terms of pages?

Dell 2330d 'Driver Unavailable' in Windows 10 64pro
Hi,
I realize this question has been posed before, but none of the suggested solutions on the forums seem to work for me.
I installed the driver package Dell_2330_2350_ACH_Admin.exe for my Dell 2330d printer on a new PC running Win 10 64 Pro.
However, in the device section of the settings the printer is listed with the caveat 'Driver is unavailable.' In the control panel under devices and printers the printer is listed with icon, but in the 'device properties,' information is missing (i.e., manufacturer, model number, description). Under 'hardware' in Dell 2330d Laser Printer Properties the printer is listed under 'other devices' and is supposedly working properly.
I've attempted multiple complete uninstalls and reinstalls of the driver software, even in compatibility mode (win7 as was suggested by the windows compatibility troubleshooter, and win8) - the latter a suggestion I came across numerous times but which does nothing for me. The driver download page indicates that the driver is compatible with win10 64, but I've yet to make the printer function.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

b1165nfw AOI printer/scanner - cannot scan
I have windows 10 and downloaded the latest driver. The printer functions properly. But for some reason, the scanner cannot connect.
You have to use the button functions on the printer to attempt to locate your PC, but when I do, I get a response: "not available"
Any help in helping my device find my PC when attempting to scan?

B2375 "C9-1112" status code (tray roller) won't clear -- already replaced tray roller with kit

- After a year of use, it showed status code:
- "C9-1112 The machine has determined that the pick-up roller of Tray 1 has reached its end-of-life cycle. A service intervention is required to replace the roller. Printing can still continue, all other machine services (if installed) are unaffected."
- We bought the kit: B2375-RK and installed it according to the instructions.
- Everything works. But the status code error will not clear.
- I have chatted with Dell online support and they are not helpful. They referred me to this link: "www dell.com/support/article/us/en/19/SLN292346" The page says there is no way to reset maintenance counts.
- I have factory reset the printer. Upon rebooting, the printer immediately showed the same status code (C9-1112).
Please help.

Dell Document Hub Printer Hub installer for H625CDW
The easy installer on the US Windows 10 64 bit download page dated 5/20/2016 also mistakenly installs an ancient Singapore version that adds unneeded Windows printers and causes confusion if a user clicks on the shortcut to the Singapore version instead of the correct up to date version. It would be nice if someone would fix that. I discovered the extra Singapore version 1 of the hub on three computers so far.:
