I have the printer described above.
Having switched the printer on this morning I get the message that the yellow toner cartridge needs reseating; bear in mind it is the original cartridge and I haven't opened the cartridge cover since setup.
I have removed and replaced the cartridge; still getting the same error.
093-940 - not sure if this is the error code or cartridge code.
Can't print.

This printer was working fine with our print volume of 1000 pages per day, then it started taking 5 minutes between each print, just saying "waiting" on the display. Upon cancelling the print job the printer spews out pages of postscript rubbish. Sometimes it works again after turning it off, but not today.
This has occurred both through a network connection and usb, and on windows 7 and windows 10. The computer also prints to another printer of the same model and works just fine.
I've tried erasing all settings, I've tried the latest firmware. Any other suggestions?

Ein Druckerneustart und auch ein trennen vom Strom hat keine Auswirkungen.

I am trying to set up my Dell C1765NF Printer to scan to my iMac. They are on the same network, the printer is networked using ethernet and the iMac connects wirelessly.
I have created a scan folder called 'Dell' where it is shared and 'Everybody' has read and write permissions.
On the web control panel I have entered:
Server type: SMB
Server Address: the IP of my iMac which I got from Terminal
Share Name: Dell
Server Path: Left blank as 'Dell' folder sits on my desktop
Server Port Number: 139
Login Name: My iMac account login name is used and the password
Everytime I try to scan I get a Login Failed Error on 031-529. Does anyone know what might be wrong?
This is extremely frustrating! Sometimes I can do the troubleshooting from within my computer, but I have other computers accessing wirelessly and can't be the entire family's IT department.
Drivers are supposedly up to date.
Hi. I have a 3110cn color laser printer. On a very large job, it started spewing toner more and more. Now every page smudges, as if too much toner is being released. The interior of the printer is a mess, and I've vacuumed it out several times.
The question is this one: As I was out of toner, I evaluated four Dell replacements -- at the full cost of a new Dell printer. So I obtained non-Dell toner. It also still spewed. It was suggested that I do the maintenance kit, which I did. And it still spews and smudges -- and now I've paid more than for the cost of a new printer -- with a smudge-master next to my desk.
I would like if anyone knows the details of how this printer works, what may have gone wrong in a likely over-use situation. And, if it's fixable. I really don't want someone to suggest that I buy four new toners (as was done with the maintenance kit), and I buy them and have the same problem. I want someone who definitively knows what is likely wrong. Having replaced ALL known parts in this machine: transfer belt, fuser, parts, toner (albeit non-dell) I simply seek the question: is there something inherently damaged in this machine. Or indeed, having replaced transfer belt, fuser, parts, etc. Is is for sure the non-dell toner?

Error 026-751 on E525w when trying to can to PC from printer. I can print to the printer. I can scan from the printer if I initiate the scan from the computer. But I cannot tell the printer to scan to the PC from the printer.
I place an item on the glass. Press scan. Select Scan to PC. Select my PC by name. Error Error 026-751 shows on the printer.

Our 1355cn is copying as an all black page. prints fine, scans fine (both adf & flatbed). Can't find much on the internet searching the problem. Have hated this POS for the 4-5yrs we have had it, very temperamental.

I have scan to email working on a Dell C2665DNF. The problem is when they select the scan to button, the first person in the address book is automatically setup as the default scan to address. That just started happening in the last couple of weeks. How do I reset it back to a blank send to?

We have a Dell Color MFP H825cdw with the latest firmware. Trying to setup the scan to email using an on-premise Exchange 2013 server. I have enabled SMTP -SSL\TLS Communication trying each setting under the drop down. No Luck, still cannot connect.
Anyone successfully done this? If so how?
I have c3765dnf printer and have been getting paper jam and error 010-377 only when I print in color.
If I print in black and white it is ok. The color seems to get really hot and the ink sticks to the roller.
I just purchased a replacement fuser unit, and thought that would fix this, but I'm getting same error.

Apologies for repeating a post similar to what other people have experienced but I've wasted several hours on this today and about to lose it!
For some reason my printer suddenly stopped working and I googled and tried to follow some of the instructions. Seems I've got as far as removing the old program off but I don't think I've actually found a driver to reinstall with. Is it just me or is the Dell website ridiculously slow? All the zips I've downloaded have only been the utility to remove the old app but has not contained a driver to reinstall with.
At my wits end now. Sure someone has helped me out previously (have a memory of running a windows 98/xp driver version or something like that) please will you help again. Really need to print something off, this is driving me crazy

I had to change the password on my wireless router, now getting a password error on the printer.

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 Pro and I can no longer scan to network with my Dell 2155cdn.
Under Address Book, I updated the Server Address SMB settings. Specifically, I changed the username and password to match the Microsoft ID I now use to login to my Windows 10 machines at home. So, instead of a local account, my user name is now "username@hotmail.com" as an example.
However, I get a SMB Login Error message that states:
"SMB logon failed. Check your login name (domain and user) and password. :031-522"
No matter how I configure it, I can't seem to get this account to work via SMB for scanning to the network. Please help!
Unfortunately Rick's suggestion did not work. I even left the printer unplugged for ten hours overnight but still no success. Gordon.

I do not know if this is even allowed by the EWS but i was hoping to find out if i can give admin permissions to a user account. In a call to the Dell support i was advised to leave the admin default password [admin] as is and not to change this. The EWS does want me to do this. I am confused.
Since i had troubles with changing the admin password i do not trust the system that much. There is a solution to reset the admin account password but i rather have two admins on a system.
I can copy, scan and fax but when I try to print from my computer it will not give me the option to print fromy all in one Dell AIO PRINTER 926. Why?
