Simple question but unable to get on-line help from labyrinthine, unhelpful, Dell site.
I have a piece of paper jammed the printer which I cannot see or remove. I need a technician to come and fix it. I live in Geneva and have tried several numbers on the Dell website only to get the message that the number is not valid.
Can someone please give me a phone number in Switzerland so I can arrange for someone to come and fix the problem.

I have a brand new dell B2360dn printer out of the box and it won't lift the paper from the tray.
The paper is plain paper not fancy thick paper. I updated the firmware to the latest. There's no jam because the printer hasn't printed any thing yet.
Any thoughts?

I would like to change a couple of settings on my printer but I'm not sure if it's possible.
1) paper size in scan settings is set to A4 but I would like it to be letter. Every time I scan I go to check and it's set to A4 again. The scan cuts off a portion of my page.
2) I would like the screen to stay on a little longer and not go to sleep. Is there a setting for this somewhere? When I'm scanning multiple documents and there's too much time in between, the machine goes to sleep and I have to start all over again.

Dell C3760dn printer.
Printer set for single-sided printing in the driver (printing preferences and printing defaults). Printer prints single sided in Word etc if sending a multi-page doc.
Users are printing photos but straight from 'My Pictures' by dragging to select several pictures then right click and send to print, output is double sided.
Users 'don't have time' (can't be bothered) to paste them into Word
How do I get around this one?
How do you set up a C1760nw printer wireless? The printer read my wireless device and shows an IP Address but I am unable to print to it wireless from my laptops.
My 2350DN had been working fine, but recently I am no longer able to network print. When I look at the print queue, the item is sitting in the queue as "printing", but just sits there with a few kb of the job done - even overnight, it gets no further.
I can print fine using USB, and I can access the printer's web page which suggests that the network is running fine. I have the same problem across three different computers (Win10 and SBS2011).
I have tried:
- Printer reboot
- Firmware update (I was already running the latest firmware)
- Reinstall drivers
Any suggestions as to what to do next?

The first page color is fine if the printer sits idle for some time. However, if I print a newsletter the first page color is okay but the color on the remaining pages fades rapidly. If the TonerPalletCheck is fine why would the Gradation test show a problem? Does this point to a need to replace the Developer Drive Assy # H6702 or another issue. Thanks in advance for your guidance.
Need help setup my mac computer with os 10.10.3 to receive incoming faxes from Dell MFP H825cdw. The faxes need to be saved on my mac computer rather than being printed. The printer is able to print and scan the documents and save it to mac computer, it is the faxes that are not getting saved. I tried with printer connected with USB and also with network cable to router. In both cases it did not work. Any help appreciated.
I have the B2375dfw printer. The screen is currently frozen, with the little logo that's spinning. Anything button I hit produces the message please wait. It's been stuck this way for almost a week. What are my options?

Neither works with one cartridge.
I buyed ink four times and I had to get it back.
Is there any solution with this issue?

I recently got a H815dw printer and set it up on my local network. I gave it a static IP and can connect to it fine to print, etc. However, the printer is accessible (both for printing and the web tool) from any outside source. This is quite vulnerable so I am trying to limit access to just a few IPs in my local network. I have tried everything I could think of with the IP filter tool but nothing seems to work. When I try to access the printer from an outside IP, it works fine (both web tool and printing). Attached is a screenshot of a configuration I am attempting to use:

We just got this printer for our business to quickly print black and white things.
But randomly it changes it settings.
It only has paper in tray 1, but will randomly not print as it wants paper in the bypass/feeder slot. We don't use that as it is annoying. We just want paper in tray 1 and to print print print.
I can't see how to change and save all the settings to make the printer sit and STAY on tray one. The main goal is I want this printer to NEVER EVER look at any other tray than tray 1.

when we hooked up printer we used USB. I had to have router replaced by cable provider. when I go to print something printer does not print item. on the screen a pop-up asks for a phone # for a fax. I am not hooked up to phone line and do not want. it will not let me click off of it. how do I get rid of this? thank you
I have a Dell 1760NW color laser printer. I've used it without problem for about 18 months until yesterday.
I tried to print of a tartan product label but the colours came out really wishy washy. I then tried a 3 colour block colour label and it was fine!
The problem only seems to show when it is a complex pattern. I've cleaned the toner areas, checked the cartridges are in the correct place to no avail. I've printed off a test colour sheet and it seems to be a problem with the cyan cartridge so I tried a new one but the same thing happened. Any ideas?
B1165, Win 10. Was working fine. I just installed new Dell cartridge. My computer says the paper tray is empty. It is full. I rebooted the printer and the computer.
In fact the printer will copy paper on the sensor glass. Cannot print from my PC.
Error 077 - 901 Paper Jam. I removed the small piece of paper that was jamming the printer. I had to remove a few parts to retrieve the paper. I put it back together and powered it up. It still said Paper Jam.
Is there something else that can be done. I tried placing a piece of paper in the tray and held the cancel button for 10 - 15 seconds and there was no change in error message.
Hopefully, there is another solution. Is it possible to reset the printer completely?
Previously I could scan true to size, now my Dell E525W multipurpose will only scan to letter size regardless of what document size I choose (A4, A5, B5, Letter....). This means all photos I'm scanning must be cropped. It does not matter if I am using the E525W control panel or if I'm using the Dell Hub on my laptop. It does not matter if I'm scanning to USB or the computer. It does not matter if I'm using wireless or corded. I've uninstalled the entire Dell Hub and reinstalled using the most recent updates available. It still will only can to letter size and needs to be cropped. I'm using windows 8. I have a USB connected 1320c laser printer and have recently upgraded my Inspiron 3847 to Windows 10. When I try to print from Adobe Acrobat Reader the first 3 pages only will print and then the tray empty light comes on and the printer stops. There is plenty of paper in the tray and there are no paper jams.
I then open and close the paper tray, and the first three pages come out again. The printer then stops with the tray empty light flashing. I can repeat this process several times until I switch off the printer to kill the job.
If I print from Microsoft Word, for instance, this problem does not occur. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, and updated all the printer drivers but to no avail.
Any help solving this would be greatly appreciated.
