Printer is showing Error Code 116-364. I can see the printer on my network by surfing to it's IP address and on it's webpage (192.168.1.114) see the last 20 times and dates for the prints. One interesting thing is the last 2 prints listed have incorrect dates 1999/12/31 - 16:00:00 and 1999/12/31 - 16:00:07 which makes me wonder if a battery supporting that date died. The printer will not print now and is a 100 lb boat anchor. I would sure like to get it working again it only has 25K pages printed and is a very nice printer. If I try to make it print though the canned reports on the IP website it will also show the 1999/12/31 date but not print. The display on the printer says "116-364 Restart Printer Contact Support if Message Returns" Restarting printer does not change the message. Any ideas? Thank you, Laurie.

I found the function for sending out a scan over email, but Im looking for the opposite, printing an incoming mail....

E525W CURLS PHOTO PAPER
Is there any way do get my E525W to stop curling the photo paper when printed? Other than this the printer is great. Trying to print holiday cards and it is a nightmare to uncurl withpout bending photo. Paper I am using is Staples High Gloss Photo Supreme, 220g/m2, 53 LB, 9 mil. Thanks for any help

How to connect 2 routers to dell c1765nfw
We have recently moved into a fairly large house and the main router is at one end of the house in my office as is also the printer . Signal is very poor and almost non existent at the other end of house. I f I use a range extender the signal gets cut too low so I wanted to put in a second router or an access point which I can wire directly from the first router. However, I am trying to understand if there is a way to set up the second router such that I can get the printer to recognize it as well as the primary router that we print from in the office. All other ideas are welcome. Th objective is to have strong signals at both ends of the house as well as being able to print from either location

Printer A10 964 connecting to windows 10
I have a 10 year old Dell printer A10 964, which still works very well. However I have just upgraded my old Dell desktop which was running Vista to a new Dell Inspiron Desktop. I connected my printer using a USB connection hoping it will work. However when you try and print it says that "Printer not recognised". I have loaded the driver off a disk which I still had and with various fiddles, I have managed to get printing to work from Office applications and Adobe PDF files. However I cannot print anything from a web browser as it will not recognise the printer.
Should I give up and buy a new printer as it is so old, or does anyone have any suggestions?

V505 print frozen
The printer was working fine when all of a sudden it stopped. I went into the print queue and there was the last effort at printing showing as if it was printing. I tried to delete but it would not. I reinstalled the software from the disk and the print job was still there. I finally restored to an earlier date which did eliminate the print job. However, the next print attempt (test from the newly installed software) saw the same problem.
I have printing I need to do to mail some things out to my out of State children so I would appreciate any advice. I would add that while that print job remains I am unable to delete the printer for a full reinstall.

C1765nfw - paper jam - 0770-901
I have a Dell laser printer (C1765nfw) and has a paper jam at rear of printer. Whilst clearing it I ripped paper and left some at top (rear) of printer and now whenever I try to print I get paper jam errors (various but including 077-900, 077-101, 077-901). When I get this I can clear paper from back of printer but it just happens again, once or twice I have has paper feed through to top of printer but it just jams there and I have to clear it from front. Any help gratefully received :)

Dell C1765nfw - vertical pink stripe on the right side of paper
Hello everyone,
When I print things in color, my printer's been printing a light pink vertical stripe on the right side of the paper.

I have boxed the area where it's showing the pink vertical stripe. It might be hard to see from the picture since it's really light.
What seems to be the problem? How should I go and fix this? Thanks.

Dell Imaging Toolbox
I have the toolbox listed as installed but it will not open. The image just flashes on my screen and then goes away. The printer works ok on my Vista Home Premium Dell computer but not the imaging toolbox.

PHOTO 926 Driver in Windows 10 only opens in Arabic
Dell tech support couldn't explain why this driver open in Arabic. The latest update is recent, 3/16.
Help. Can not install anything so far to make Windows 10 home work with this legacy printer. Dell says not supported. Has anyone gotten a driver to work, in a win 7 emulation?
Why are they putting out foreign language drivers?

Dell 1720 error at switch on
I have a printer, Dell 1720 Laser, which I really like. It was working perfect and the print is very nice. recently it was smugging a little the paper and decided to clean it.
after I cleaned it I started to get an error which I could not find the cause of it.
maybe someone can help me figure out what it is happening.
1. First I get all LEDs blinking
2. Then when I press the continue button twice I get these 3 LEDs blinking
3. And when I click it the continue twice again I get 2 LEDs blinking
Does any one know what could be the problem and if there is a fix for it?

Scan Assistant Inverting PDF Colors
I have a Dell B1165nfw Mono Laser Printer and am trying to scan black and white images and save them as a PDF file using Dell's Scan Assistant. However, after editing the images in Scan Assistant, I cannot save the images as a PDF with the right colors. The black and white get inverted when I try to save the file as a PDF, although all other file types work fine. Is there a fix for this?

My Dell B2375dfw is frozen with blank home, will not boot up all the way. Anything you press, it will show Please Wait. Anyone knows what I can Do to make it work. No warranty and I'm able to take it Apart. regards.

e525w firmware update fail
The Dell Printer Hub indicates that there is a firmware update available for my e525w multifunction color laser printer. When I attempt to install the updated firmware using the Firmware Updater tab on the Printer Hub, the printer's information window shows f/w downloading and the left green led above the window flashes. Then it stops and the green power led lights continuously and the window shows "Ready to copy" The updater on the printer hub continues to show "update in progress", but nothing further happens. Eventually the updater screen issues a pop-up saying Firmware Update Failed. I've tried several times, but no success. The "Drivers and Downloads" tab on Dell Support shows only an older firmware update file (which does install okay, but is not the latest). Any thoughts?

I cannot scan using the touchpad. When using the scan option under the devices and printers it will only scan as picture. I need it to scan to PDF. What can I do to fix this?

Can't change presets on mac with 1765nfw color laser printer
I tried downloading and installing the only download available for this product on their support site, but it still doesn't allow me to change any of the presets and I get no options at all in the print dialog screen. The print quality is very poor despite full color levels.
Anyone know what the deal is?

Dell S2185dn Driver in nordic language
Hello,
Everytime I download this driver for the S2185dn printer 
it is not in English. It's in some slovak, germanic, nordic, Skyrim tongue that I can't read very well.
Is there any way to resolve this? It's quite frustrating as my company primarily uses Dell printers.

Dell 1700 will not feed paper
I have read all the posts regarding this issue but the answer seems to be the same without understanding the question. The problem is that the printer will only work when you use the manual feed. When you try to print from the tray, you hear a couple of clicks and then the Load/Remove Paper stays on.
Here's what I have tried:
1) cleaned the 2 roller wheels at the end of the drop down bar.
2) Cleaned the grease from the clutch and the spring.
3) used compressed air to blow out any dust around the gears.
My gut feeling is that the T-Bar with the rollers is not dropping down. I can see a small cog wheel up by the arm that will cause the arm to drop down (it has a spring attached as well).
How can I pin point this issue? Is it the solenoid, input sensor? Looking for any ideas.
