Document feeder on the H625cdw works erratically
Just 1 year after purchase the document feeder on the H625cdw works erratically. Two weeks after warranty period ended, the roller that should come down in ADF and pull the paper to be scanned, no longer comes down or comes down at wrong time. So, cannot consistently scan multi page documents,
I am not sure if the problem coincided with a Software release or not, but first time I noticed the feed problem was after a recommended FW upgrade in December.
Sometimes, if I push the paper far enough into the mouth of the ADF until I feel some resistance, it scans but after a couple of pages, aborts with jam indicator. Usually, the paper does not get pulled in at all, but it appears to make usual mechanical noises of trying to pull in paper from ADF, and then shows a jam indicator.
P.S. : I do see another customer asking same question in July, but no responses.

c2665dnf printer problem
I have reset all equipment and it si still not working from my main computer. I have a C2665DNF that will not print from my main computer (a Dell) because it says the printer is out of paper; which it is not. I've removed and reinstalled it several times to no avail. It will print from my Surface with no errors or problems. Any suggestions?

Dell 5310n Printer Jamming
We have a 5310n networked printer that is having a problem jamming pages. Sometimes it will print 3 or 4 before it does it but more commonly no more than 1 page then a jam. It is jamming with one sheet half way out of the fuser and another sheet in the paper tray.
Have had the fuser out and see no apparent problem. Have no one in our area that works on printers. I am normally fairly tech savvy and can eventually fix most things but this one is stumping me. Printer has just over 100K page prints.

E525W set custom paper size
How do I set custom paper size for a Dell E525W printer?
My paper is 105 x 148 mm so falls in the range of sizes supported.
I'm running Win 10 and selecting printer icon in tool bar, printing preferences. In Paper size options, I get 20 custom sizes but they are all the same and not the size I want.
I do not see any way to set this using the menu on the printer itself.

My warrant is expired and Dell B2360dn printer will not grab paper from tray 1. I got the paper to feed using the MP feeder. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My Windows 7 computer no longer recognizes my printer. I have tried repeatedly to update the driver with no luck. It doesn't even recognize it as a printer.

v515w stopped printing
After my computer switched to Windows 10, I couldn't print pdf's but could print documents and web pages and/or e-mails. Suddenly at the end of the year, the printer won't print anything, not even a test page. Nothing comes up, and when I run the troubleshooter it says it can't determine the problem. I've tried shutting it off and turning it back on, I bought a new USB cable, and nothing. Can anyone help me? I am not very tech savvy.

I have a Dell XPS L502X upgraded to Windows 10, an ASUS DSL AC68U Router (New) an Epson SX600FW printer which shows offline. I purchased yesterday an Epson Expression Home XP445 thinking the SX600FW was at fault. However the new printer is also offline (document queue is empty and ofline box is unchecked)

Keep logged in to Access Google Drive (B2375dnf)
I scan frequently to my Google Drive from my B2375dnf.
When I choose the Access Google Drive option on the pannel, I can login to my Google Account. According to the manual, there should be an option to stay logged in but this option does not show. As a consequence I must relogon each time I make a scan.
Is there a way to stay logged in?

Dell 2155cdn Scan to Network Share on Server 2012R2
I am trying to setup scan to network share on a Dell 2155cdn Color MFP to a Server 2012R2 machine.
I keep getting the same 031-533 Make Scan Error
I have checked that the account associated with this task has full read and write permissions to the share on my network. I have logged in as the user and created files in the share as a test of access which was successful.
Is there an issue with this printer and Server 2012 R2? Here are my settings:

Dell 720 Printer ink cartridge tray stuck - new printer
Hi - I have a new (never opened the box until now but realize this is an old model) 720 printer that has difficulty with the movement of the ink cartridge tray. When I open the top to look at the cartridges, they try to move, but are stuck. I am able to unhook the connection that is keeping them locked, but that is only a fix for that moment....they get relocked when they move back. Is there some kind of latch that I am supposed to take off that keeps these secure during shipping or something like that?

Dell Document Hub Printing Problem
Hello,
I have a Dell 2130cn color laser printer which I just recently made wireless by use of the Dell Wireless adapter. Although the printer is connected by a usb cable to my desktop for printing, I made the printer wireless to enable my wife to use the printer with her Nexus 10 tablet. After a long search on the web, I found that I could not find any printer apps that would allow the tablet to connect with the printer except for the Dell Document Hub. Dell used to have a Mobile Print app that everyone seem to love but Dell removed that app from circulation. All is working well with the Hub with the exception of one very important issue. I cannot get the printer to stop printing the documents in color. My printer's default preferences for the desktop are set a black with no issues there. I went into the Document Hub settings and changed the color option in both the print and scan options to black. But I still am getting color printing. Can anyone tell me what I am missing in doing? DELL 1815DN : Multiple issues [Front Door] + [Not printing]
Hello all
I know it is an old printer but I am kind of stuck with it
1 - The message front door / door open keeps blinking
2 - I am unable to print either via USB or ETHERNET The lcd screen displays "printing..." but nothing moves. Same if I try to copy a file, the scanner will do his job then, nothing happen, no motor move to print a file. Even when trying to print from the printer itself (print system data) nothing moves
I dont know what to do to unlock the situation
I updated the firmware to the last version, the drivers to the last version, nothing but the same no printing situation

Scan to Network (SMB) doesnt work | C1765nfw
Hello,
I'm trying to set up my printer to scan to a shared folder on my Mac, but unfortunately it doesn't work.
I want the printer to store scans on /Users/Shared/Scans on my Mac which has the static IP address 10.0.0.27 using the user 'guest'.
Connecting to the shared folder using an SMB client and the guest user (without password) works fine, but my C1765nfw always gives out the following error:
031-529 Scan
Anmeldung fehlgeschlagen (= login failed)
What do I need to put into the fields Server Address, Share Name, Server Path?

I found the paper jam but still get this error message remove paper 077-900 error.
I have looked all round the but I cannot find any other paper jam.
